Provision of specialist art handling, secure climate-controlled storage, and professional installation and transport services for high-value cultural collections.

Safe and secure installation of new or loaned artworks using display and fixing methods appropriate to the Parliament building and the artworks
Art handling and relocation of artworks within the Scottish Parliament building and grounds, using methods dependent on the artworks’ materials, size and weight and specialist equipment to best-practice industry standards
Safe and secure transportation of artworks to and from the Parliament building, specialist services and other institutions, including safe packaging and securing
Secure and safe international transport of artworks or artefacts, including customs-regulation expertise and packing for air and sea freight and compliance with the General Transport Conditions under the Government Indemnity Scheme Guidelines
Museum-quality, environmentally controlled temporary off-site storage with controlled vehicle access, CCTV surveillance and appropriate fire-safety measures
Emergency salvage support after fire, flood, theft, vandalism or other physical hazards, including removal, short-term covering and packaging, secure transport and temporary storage
