Service contract

Provision of planned preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for industrial compressed air systems and associated filtration equipment.

  • Provide two service visits per compressor per annum, comprising one minor and one major service unless otherwise specified
  • Service compressors in full compliance with original equipment manufacturer requirements
  • Align service delivery with planned building shutdown schedules, including phased servicing where required
  • Proactively notify the Client where air ends, compressor auto drains or flexible pipework require repair or replacement
  • Replace consumables within the defined service scope
  • Inspect associated dryers, filtration systems, pipework, receivers and safety devices
  • Ensure compliance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002
  • Provide RAMS for each visit and ensure engineer competence and certification
