• Provide access to a range of job boards and advertising channels for promotion of vacancies to attract suitable candidates across multiple sites and departments
• Integrate the service with the Group’s Applicant Tracking System (Reach ATS) so job postings, performance monitoring and reporting are managed within the recruitment workflow
• Provide vacancy advertising, campaign management, performance analytics and ongoing support
• Provide online pre-employment screening services including Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and Right to Work verification
• Provide a fully digital solution for compliant identity verification, DBS processing and right to work checks, including support for individuals without standard documentation
• Integrate the solution with Reach ATS so checks, tracking and renewals are managed as part of the recruitment process
• Provide digital identity verification, DBS checks, right to work validation, compliance monitoring and user support
