A development partner will design a Salix-compliant process to investigate and develop a geothermal heat supply through staged gateways, with eligible stages funded through PSDS grant drawdowns. The solution must interface with existing site energy infrastructure. If development confirms a commercial opportunity, the provider will own and maintain the installation under an Energy Services Agreement and may arrange offtake with other users; periodic reviews are anticipated every seven years.
