Operational support uses UK-licensed and operated Earth observation satellite assets to contribute data to International Charter activations. The service includes an Emergency On-Call Officer, an Image Ordering Desk, operational interfaces and timely, prioritised data provision, with continuity arrangements for asset degradation, failure or decommissioning. Optional technical work packages may also be commissioned.
