Investment Banking Training Bootcamp

Provision of intensive investment banking training bootcamps, including trading simulations and accredited financial market analysis qualifications for university students.

• Provide real live investment banking training to undergraduate and postgraduate students to complement their academic finance courses and prepare them for future employment in the industry.
• Deliver a week-long intensive training programme accessible remotely and/or via existing on-campus facilities, covering contemporary theory including corporate finance, behavioural finance and capital markets, with practical application through trading simulation.
• Provide pre-boot-camp information sessions and preparatory materials/asynchronous online sessions.
• Cover asset management, buy- and sell-side transactions, IPOs and experience of a live financial trading environment.
• Provide participant performance assessment and feedback, careers advice coordinated with the university careers service, post-boot-camp performance feedback and pastoral care.
• Issue students who successfully complete the boot camp with a recognised qualification, for example a Level 5 Diploma in Trading and Financial Market Analysis accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
