Provide essential therapeutic services for eligible adoptive families and families with a Special Guardianship Order, supporting improved outcomes and core adoption/SGO support
Provide therapeutic support or interventions for Kent children in care aged 3 to 18 to support access to or engagement with education
Provide activities using relevant pupil-premium funding to improve Personal Education Plan learning targets and encourage children in care to be more involved in and motivated by education
