Services contract

Provision of integrated security services for rail stations, depots and on-train operations across a Welsh rail network.

  • Management and coordination of crowd movements and safety at major public events, including managing entrances and exits, monitoring crowd density and supporting public order.
  • Crowd management and customer service presence across the railway network for major events, significant engineering works, passenger assistance, lift outages and network disruption.
  • Transport station supervision and oversight, incident response, and compliance with relevant licensing and legal requirements across TfW stations, depots, on-train environments and major events.
  • On-board, station and depot security patrols; management of anti-social behaviour; emergency response and on-call support; security checks at key locations; event security and crowd management; and drone operations.
