Provision of professional fire safety and building assessment services for high-rise residential blocks, including technical reporting and remediation strategy development.

Undertake Single Building Assessment of 27 high-rise and mid-rise blocks with cladding in accordance with the Scottish Government’s Single Building Assessment Specification Document, June 2024
Conduct document reviews, property inspections and technical findings reports for the 27 blocks
Report options for early and longer-term actions to mitigate identified shortfalls, including advantages, disadvantages and budget costs, with risk advice based on PAS 79 risk definitions
Provide action-plan advice, prioritisation advice and recommended future fire strategies for each block
Prepare reports as drafts until findings and recommendations are agreed, then issue them as Final
Prepare concept designs to RIBA Stage 2 for agreed works where required
