Provision of planned housing maintenance services including window and door replacement, kitchen installations, and electric heating system upgrades for residential properties.

Supply and installation of replacement external doors and windows at various properties across the North and Easter Ross
Supply and installation of replacement external doors and windows at various properties across Inverness and the South (Aviemore; Nairn etc.)
Supply and installation of replacement timber windows at B Listed properties at Mackenzie Gardens, Conon Bridge and High Street/Clyde Street, Invergordon
Windows must be direct replicas of existing provisions and comply with Listed Building Consent and further heritage guidance regarding replacement
Full removal of existing kitchen provisions
Installation of new kitchen provisions meeting all required regulations and standards
Safe removal and disposal of existing heating and hot water systems, including associated equipment, wiring, pipework and controls
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new electric heating systems incorporating Dimplex Quantum heaters and new hot water cylinders
Necessary electrical, plumbing, controls, ancillary works and making good to deliver a fully operational system
