An all-age single point of access integrated across primary care and the third sector, providing needs-led, neuro-affirming early support, navigation and triage for people exploring neurodevelopmental support, including ADHD and autism. Where clinically appropriate, the service also provides early clinical fact finding for people considering autism, ADHD or dual assessment, and supports informed onward referrals.
