Operate and develop diverse, sustainable and inclusive food and beverage services across City Campus and Riverside Campus.
Provide affordable, high-quality, customer-focused catering for students, staff and visitors throughout the academic year through a responsive multi-outlet service.
Deliver catering meeting best-practice standards for ingredient quality, food safety, presentation, nutrition and customer service.
Provide an attractive and modern catering offer aligned to student expectations and contemporary market trends.
Embed the specified sustainability, sourcing, menu-development, energy, carbon, plastics and food-waste requirements throughout service delivery.
Deliver added-value social-value initiatives, including modern apprenticeships, work placements, volunteering, employability activity and collaboration with the Hospitality and Culinary Arts curriculum.
Safely collect waste oil and adopt innovative waste and recycling practices to support carbon reduction.
