Advocacy covers preparing to use rights, exercising them and understanding outcomes, including where parents have acted on the child's behalf. Legal representation supports references to the Additional Support Needs jurisdiction of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland, coordinated with advice and information and children’s views services.
