Safeguarding Training, support and advice to the Voluntary, Community, Social enterprise and Faith Sector (VCSFE)

Provision of safeguarding training, support, advice and DBS administration services for the voluntary and community sector.

• Provide safeguarding advice, guidance, training and support to VCFSE organisations operating within the East Riding of Yorkshire
• Support organisations working with both adults and children and young people to develop and maintain effective safeguarding arrangements, policies and practices
• Provision of safeguarding resources and information, delivery of training and development activities, administration of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, facilitation of safeguarding forums and events, and engagement with the local VCSE sector to promote safeguarding awareness and good practice
