Repairs include water-ingress remediation, replacement of defective galvanised gutters with PVC, bund seals and movement-joint repairs, and drainage renewal coordinated with steelwork refurbishment. Corroded steelwork will receive localised preparation and a Macropoxy 400 Zinc Phosphate Epoxy primer with Acrolon 7300 polyurethane finish to achieve a C4 high-durability protective system. Works are sequenced level by level while keeping the car park operational.
