Industry Engagement & Capacity Building: Deliver briefings, training, and engagement for developers, planning consultants, and energy specialists to clarify net zero expectations, improve submissions, and reduce planning friction
Market Readiness & Delivery Support: Support key delivery partners, including volume housebuilders, SME developers, and regeneration partners, to prepare for net zero requirements, reduce viability disputes, and speed compliant delivery at scale
Strategic Partner Alignment (Homes England): Engage Homes England to align investment, grant conditions, and land disposal with Greater Manchester's net zero standards
Affordable Housing Sector Support: Engage Registered Providers to support early adoption of net zero standards, manage cost pressures, and align funding bids and programme delivery
