Includes primary steelwork, louvres, gutters, automated opening windows, a maintenance walkway, and visual and performance mock-ups; testing covers roof and façade weather resistance to CWCT Sequence A. Separately priced options cover fire-rated Frobisher Crescent curtain walling and Art Gallery rooflights.
