Strategic workforce capability, professional development and organisational transformation services, including learning design, talent management and programme delivery.

Development and implementation of professional capability, competency and skills frameworks
Design and delivery of modern learning and development solutions, including digital learning products, e-learning content, blended learning programmes and learning pathways
Development of accreditation models, assessment methodologies and capability evaluation frameworks
Design and implementation of career pathways, talent management frameworks, mobility arrangements and progression models
Development of learning culture initiatives, mentoring and coaching frameworks, communities of practice and behavioural change interventions
Programme management, governance, reporting, analytics, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer activities
Transition of products, outputs, knowledge and documentation into Business As Usual (BAU) ownership within HMRC
