What the contract covers

Single contractor contract

Provision of environmental sensor monitoring, data analytics and LoRaWAN network operation services for council housing stock.

  • Supply an end-to-end service to monitor the internal environmental conditions (including Temperature, Relative Humidity and CO2 Levels) of their housing stock, through the use of Environmental Sensors
  • Providing the Council with data, reports and analysis of the collected data, and subsequent recommendations on a per property and property type basis
  • Provide and install Environmental Sensors into the remaining housing stock within 3 years, using NB-IoT (narrow band) SIM connectivity
  • Operate and maintain the Council’s own existing Long Range Wide Area Network (LoRaWAN) for the existing Sensors
