On-street and off-street enforcement: Civil Enforcement Officers deployed across CPZs, yellow lines and other restrictions under the Traffic Management Act 2004
ANPR capability using mobile and static ANPR vehicles or cameras with clean integration into the back-office system for PCN creation
CCTV and moving traffic support including review of footage or clips for bus lane and moving traffic contraventions and producing evidence packs
Blue Badge work focusing on enforcement of misuse of disabled bays and Blue Badge abuse
Provision and maintenance of enforcement technology including handheld devices, body-worn video cameras, vehicles, and supporting software platforms
Interface and integration with the Council's back-office PCN processing system
Management information and reporting including MI and interactive dashboards
Full recruitment, training, supervision, and management of Civil Enforcement Officers and support staff
