Provision of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) training services to support workplace readiness and career progression for claimants.

Further test and expand a quality and flexible ESOL short training offer for Universal Credit claimants whose English level is a barrier to operating in the workplace
Support individual progression to additional learning
Support individuals to hold down employment and improve their chances of in-work progression from available skills offers
