Provision of comprehensive waste management, disposal, and collection services for property refurbishment, grounds maintenance, and clinical waste streams.

Treatment and disposal of mixed general waste from property refurbishments, including masonry, ceramics, wood, plumbing items, metals, plasterboard, carpet and flooring waste, empty paint cans, UPVC windows and doors, WEEE, furniture, mattresses and textiles
Collection of the mixed general waste where required
Collection and treatment or disposal of green waste consisting mainly of grass, leaves, bush and hedge cuttings, weeds, twigs, small branches and small amounts of soil or turf
Provide additional workable solutions to reduce travel by grounds-maintenance teams and avoid skips being placed at site
Responsive collection and safe disposal of small amounts of Grade B asbestos
Safe disposal of contaminated PPE associated with Grade B asbestos incidents
Use of a licensed carrier and facility, with same-day collection arranged when asbestos is identified
Correct disposal of ad-hoc materials including gas bottles, air-pressured cylinders, waste oils, petrol canisters or containers, car batteries, WEEE, household dry-cell batteries, paint tins, furniture, mattresses and textiles
Disposal of hygiene waste generated from the two extra-care schemes
Disposal of PPE waste
