  • Manage on-street parking enforcement in three charged zones in Belfast, Newry and Lisburn.
  • Manage on-street enforcement of parking restrictions in 26 non-charged Northern Ireland cities and towns and one Belfast residents’ parking zone.
  • Manage parking enforcement in three charged Park and Ride car parks near Belfast.
  • Enforce bus lanes and urban clearways in Belfast using fixed and mobile CCTV.
  • Provide lift-and-tow services for vehicles parked in a bus lane or urban clearway during a restriction.
  • Collect cash from charged-zone Pay and Display machines.
  • Provide rationalised digitised Pay and Display machines to replace the approximately 300 existing machines.
  • Maintain Pay and Display machines.
  • Provide a cashless parking service for on-street and Park and Ride car parks.
  • Provide clamping and vehicle removal for PCN debt.
