Design and installation of a modular, automated Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) capable of processing 30,000 tonnes per annum of fibre, 20,000 tonnes of containers, and 30,000 tonnes of commingled waste. The facility must support a new recycling collection model with low picker numbers and low lifecycle costs, meeting a minimum 10-year operational lifespan. The project is part of a multi-use site redevelopment including an HWRC and transfer station.
