Provision of secure, climate-controlled heritage object storage, conservation studio space, and specialist logistics services for public sector collections.

• Secure, climate-controlled storage of heritage objects in at least 3,300 square metres of fit-for-purpose, non-shared space within 2 hours' public-transport travel of Westminster.
• Accommodation for Parliamentary staff within the dedicated storage space and ancillary space for use as a conservation studio.
• Industry-standard 3.5m-high object-storage systems with floor loading of 5kN/m2 or above, including ground-floor slab storage for Architectural Fabric Collection objects where required for forklift movement.
• Transport in GIS-compliant, secure, temperature-controlled vehicles with air-ride suspension.
• Regular porterage service up to three times per week with a team of 4-6 technicians.
