Framework agreement

Provision of landscaping, minor civil engineering, play area refurbishment, and specialist surfacing works for public sector property and open spaces.

Soft landscape works including planting, turfing and seeding, soil moving and forming, drainage, bark mulch, tree planting, watering, landscape maintenance, herbicide application and grass cutting.
Hard landscape and minor civil works including groundworks, bound and unbound paving, concrete pads, brick/block/gabion/palisade/crib/sleeper walls, small building, demolition and refurbishment, and associated external works including walls, external furnishings, retaining walls, edgings and gravel paths.
Tarmac, resin-bound and resin-bonded surfacing works, PCC/aluminium/steel path edges, and road traffic management preparation and associated works.
Fencing works using Paramesh, weld mesh railings, chain link, palisade, post and rail, and feather/close board, with gates, and possible road traffic management preparation and associated works.
Safer surfacing works including Tiger mulch, wet pour grass mats and other safer surfacing.
Play-area works including installation of new play equipment, removal of old equipment and refurbishment of sites, with road traffic management preparation and associated works.
