Provision of comprehensive refugee resettlement, integration support services, and the supply of household furnishings for relocated individuals and families.

• Make initial reception arrangements for new arrivals
• Provide ongoing casework support for new arrivals
• Register families with local services, such as health, education and benefits
• Develop and deliver a support programme based on each individual’s needs for the first 12 months after arrival
• Ensure translation services are available where required
• Provide ongoing support for families after their first 12 months so that they are able to integrate fully into their local community
• Provide furnishings, household items and fittings for homes provided under the Refugee Resettlement Programme
