What the contract covers

Design team services under an RIBA standard form of contract

Provision of specialist conservation architectural and design team services for the restoration and development of complex historic buildings.

Develop the detailed design, secure the necessary approvals, and oversee delivery and implementation of Phase 1 works to Mavisbank House and pavilions
Phase 1 Stage A: complete RIBA Stages 2 and 3 for Phase 1 works to the house and pavilions, submit planning and other statutory consent applications, and prepare a repairs notice to support the land acquisition strategy
Phase 1 Stage B: complete RIBA Stages 4-7 and support successful delivery of the Phase 1 works
Phase 2 Stage A: input to preparation of an expression of interest to the NLHF and produce a design report to RIBA Stage 1 for a Development Phase application to the NLHF
Phase 2 Stage B: develop designs through RIBA Stages 2-3, produce a design report for a Delivery Phase application to the NLHF, and submit necessary statutory consent applications
Phase 2 Stage C: provide RIBA Stages 4-7 services necessary to secure successful completion of the Phase 2 works
