Services contract

Provision of education, careers guidance, and apprenticeship support services for schools, young people, and local businesses in Greater Cambridge.

Promote and support young people to secure apprenticeships, training programmes and internships, including work experience placements; raise awareness, support applications and signpost employers to training providers
Offer careers and employability support to every child at a Greater Cambridge state secondary school
Engage all primary schools in Greater Cambridge to embed careers awareness activities into the curriculum, including an annual careers fair
Provide targeted mentoring to children at risk of being NEET
Engage parents and carers to inform, raise awareness and equip them to support young people
Support and equip staff in educational environments with detailed understanding of current and emerging work opportunities for their students
