Telephone and face-to-face occupational health physician consultations with qualified and experienced OHPs
Robust and practical evidence-based occupational health case management advice with clear reports
Expert health surveillance advice, including face-to-face Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS) tier 4 assessments across the network, Noise Induced Hearing assessment, and Respiratory and COSHH guidance
Preventative management of muscular-skeletal injuries within the workplace
Training, physiotherapy and advice on management of conditions to restore functional performance in the workplace
Proactive psychological support to help employees improve and manage their mental health so they can thrive at work
Proactive self-care, talking therapies, crisis support and trauma support
Drug and alcohol testing for all employees if needed, with a two-hour call-out, including employees working remotely
