What the contract covers

Single works contract/lot

Provision of fire safety system upgrades, warden call installations, and mechanical ventilation works for residential housing blocks and sheltered accommodation.

Replace existing fire alarm installations at both sites with redesigned AICO LD1 systems
Replace the warden call system supply at both sites with an open-protocol Tynetec Advent XT2 system or similar approved system ready for digital switch-over
Install AICO environmental sensors in all dwellings
Install new mechanical extraction in individual kitchens and bathrooms in all dwellings of both blocks, subject to peak-flow test results and individual surveys
Remove redundant cabling in communal corridors and lobby areas to facilitate fire-door installation
