Continue development of the operational, cross-government genomic data platform developed through the PATH-SAFE programme
Integrate data from individual sources into the genomic data platform to create collective value
Deploy and further enhance the platform to support end-user needs within partner UK agencies
Provide genomic analytics linked to contextual metadata and visualised in user-friendly reports
Support standardised best-practice analytics and QC thresholds enabling comparable annotations, data and resource sharing, and rapid identification and tracking of foodborne pathogens, clusters and AMR
