  • Complete a full clean of Nottingham Trent University's kitchen ventilation systems, with primary focus on the extract systems, in accordance with TR19 - Fire Risk Management of Grease Accumulation within Kitchen Extract Systems.
  • Highlight in electronic reports any areas that cannot be accessed for cleaning and provide remedial action recommendations.
