Provision of comprehensive hardware maintenance, firmware support, and preventative technical services for critical finance and commercial enterprise IT systems.

Provide hardware support, including associated firmware and operating system support, to resolve issues and problems affecting the operation of key DBS applications
Conduct an annual review of all supported systems
Diagnose and fix issues remotely and on-site, including provision of parts and labour
Provide preventative maintenance
Advise on firmware and operating system maintenance
Provide current commercially available firmware and operating system versions
Provide support during business hours, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, via a support desk
