Supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Surface Hubs, Teams MTR systems, and associated audiovisual conferencing hardware for corporate environments.

Replace up to 49 legacy Surface Hub 1 devices across multiple MCA sites with equivalent supported devices.
Supply and support and maintain Surface Hub 2S and 3 devices, including 50-inch and 85-inch units.
Support and maintain Teams MTR devices.
Support and maintain any new Surface Hub, Teams MTR device or AV device procured through the contract.
Supply and install any additional equipment supplied throughout the MCA estate.
