Research, concept development, client workshop and interior design for six Grand Pavilion space areas
Full room-by-room specification and layout plans with supplier estimates
Subject to client authorisation and budget, oversee and manage the supply of fixtures, fittings and furnishings, including soft furnishings and light fixtures where not in the main contract
Provide guidance to building contractors on specific finishes, paint specification and decoration
Build furniture, install it and dispose of packaging as necessary
Collate warranties and guarantees in a pack
Liaise effectively with the appointed building contractor to ensure timely delivery of relevant fixtures and fittings
