What the contract covers

Goods contract

Provision of professional services, technical support, and maintenance for video conferencing infrastructure and migration to Microsoft Teams endpoints.

Assist with the auditing and documentation of the existing BCUHB legacy Video Conferencing estate.
Assist with the planning, preparation, and implementation of BCUHB migration from legacy PolyCom codecs to native Microsoft Teams endpoints where appropriate (e.g. for Clinical Multi-Disciplinary meeting rooms).
Audit, plan, and implement software maintenance and upgrade activity for the entire VC Codec estate and associated environments.
Configuration, planning, and maintenance of a BCU specific central Video Conferencing management portal.
Configuration, planning, maintenance, and administrative tasks relating to the PolyCom Videoconferencing service.
Help to develop and ensure that all Video Conferencing systems are correctly monitored, managed, and maintained using appropriate tools (e.g. management portal).
Ensure all system documentation in relation to the Video Conferencing estate kept up to date.
