Mobile and tablet-based applications for prospective and regular passengers to make journey bookings, set up accounts, manage payments and track vehicles in real time
Mobile and tablet-based applications for vehicle drivers to receive bookings and manage customer journeys
A suitable portal for the Call Centre to make bookings on behalf of passengers unable to use mobile or tablet devices
An option for vehicle operators and WCC to oversee bookings and journeys
Take telephone calls from customers who need to make a booking and cannot use or access an app
Collect payment, where applicable, for rides manually through the Desktop App/Website
Arrange journeys for customers in receipt of a valid ENCTS pass
Supply and operate four vehicles for the demand responsive transport service, with three in daily service and one spare vehicle
Provide vehicles meeting the specified age, minibus, seating, wheelchair-accessibility, ramp-access, Euro 6, and geographical-access requirements
