Service contract

Provision of participant recruitment services for user research activities, including the management and distribution of incentive payments to research participants.

Recruit participants from user groups across children's services, education and skills in England, and occasionally the rest of the UK and international, to take part in user research activities contributing to the design of DfE services
Pay incentives to recruited participants
Pay a small number of incentives-only payments to participants self-recruited by DfE, alongside a separate payment solutions supplier
