Service contract

Provision of professional live streaming, audio-visual production, and technical support services for committee meetings and corporate board events.

  • Provide room setup and full audio-visual equipment for Committee and Board Meetings, with an on-site technical team and on-day support.
  • Provide live streaming and recording of approximately 7/8 in-person Committee meetings, approximately 35 Board meetings via Webex/MS Teams or an alternative similar platform, and ad hoc seminars or conferences.
  • Provide post-event editing and upload recordings for retrospective viewing on the same day, within an hour of the end of each meeting.
  • Enable automatic subtitling and transcript functions on YouTube or an alternative streaming platform selected by the Authority for all recordings.
