Provision of cloud-based digital care management software for health and social care providers to record and evidence service delivery.

• Cloud-based solution delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or a fully managed hosted service, covering user record management with configurable user permissions; client record management including funder details, charge rates and alerts; a client portal for clients and family members to view care notes, medication details, vocational profile, summary of service provision including photographs; Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR); standard and configurable digital forms for assessments, support planning and activity recording including a digital body map; attendance registers and transport requirements for clients; a mobile app compatible with Android devices v10 onwards; standard and configurable reports and dashboards; integration with PowerBI directly or via a central data warehouse; and audit logging
• Provide data to facilitate client billing, with invoice generation managed through ECL's existing Finance systems
• Provide data output in a file format that can be manually uploaded to the Finance system
• Capability to import or upload an output file from the HRIS system to align fields in staff records
