What is included

Scheduled daily and periodic cleaning of non-clinical buildings by a contractor who supplies the cleaning staff, supervision and usually materials, under a term contract with a cleaning specification.

  • Daily, weekly and monthly routine cleaning of offices, schools, colleges, universities and council buildings
  • Holiday and periodic deep cleans delivered inside the same term contract
  • Cleaning of embassies and other overseas government premises
  • Cleaning of police, fire and ambulance stations, courts, depots and stores
