Supply quality, spatially referenced housing market intelligence data covering Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and Automated Rental Valuation Model (ARVM), housing characteristics, sales transactions and rental transactions
Supply quality, spatially referenced housing demand intelligence data covering housing demand indicators, demand demographics concerning who is searching for housing, and affordability indicators
Supply intelligence on where mortgage applicants are currently living and what their budget is for different property types
Supply quality, spatially referenced commercial market intelligence data covering health of the high street, size of the commercial market, tenants and quality of space
